How does the process work once I become a client?

Here is the step by step approach we take with every client.

1. Planning

We carefully plan out exactly what we are trying to achieve, our target market, our message, the design of the website, the layout, fonts, images, colors, content, and logo's.

2. Collect the needed materials

We collect any images, content, and logo's along with any design, layout, color, or other ideas you may have for your website. If there is marketing work involved with your project we will discuss our target market in more detail and do a comprehensive keyword review to choose our key phrases.

3. Development

Here we will combine our plan with any materials you provided us and design your website. We next put together all the components and moving parts, create your unique back office and content management system, and do all of the on-and-off page marketing work.

4. Review

Upon completion of your website, we will have a review session with you to go over all the different design concepts, layouts, colors, images and content. After receiving your final approval, we will move into the launch phase and bring up your new website live.

5. Launch

Here we will take care of domain name, email and hosting setup needed to make your website function according to plan.

6. Training

After your website is up and running, we will spend some time showing you how to use it most effectively, how to make changes and add new content your content management system. You will also be provided with client login details to view helpful tutorials, help forums and other valuable information.

7. Monitor

Over the course of the next few weeks Market Grasp Media will monitor your site and its progress to ensure we are meeting the goals that we set. We will also make any necessary changes or additions we feel are needed.
